The responsible person in terms of GDPR is the person who, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (such as names, e-mail addresses, etc.).
1.2 What is Personal Data
Personal data is data which disclose or can disclose the customer’s identity. We adhere to the policy of data avoidance. As far as possible, we avoid the collection of personal data.
1.3 Dealings with Personal Data
Personal Data exclusively serves the purpose of establishing a contract, content definition, execution, or processing of a contract agreement (Article 6 I b GDPR). Data is only passed on to third parties for service provision and fulfillment of the contract. We refer to third party providers below.

All data on our website is protected against loss, destruction, access, modification and dissemination through technical and organizational measures.
2. Data collection when visiting our website
When you visit our website for informational purposes (such as reading content) without registering or otherwise providing us with any information, we will only collect general technical information that your browser transmits to our server. Those are:

the IP address (possibly in anonymous form)
date and time at the time of access
duration of the visit

the referral page
the operating system used
This data is being registered for technical reasons in a server log file and can be used and stored for the purpose of statistical analysis of this website. A transfer or other use of this data will not happen. We reserve the right to check the server logfiles retrospectively, if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

When contacting us via email, personal data is collected (email-address, name, IP-address). This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration.
The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 §1 lit. f GDPR. If contacting us aims at concluding a contract, additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 §1 lit. b GDPR.
4. Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract execution
According to Art. 6 §1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will be collected and processed when you provide us with information when carrying out a contract. A deletion of your customer data is possible at any time by sending a request to address in the header of this document. We only save and use the information provided for the execution of the contract. After completion of the contract, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after expiration of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a further use of that data is legally permitted.
4.1 Sessions and Cookies
To operate this website, we may use cookies or server-based sessions to store data. Cookies are files, which are stored on your hard drive to automatically recognize your computer at the next visit to our website, and adjust the website

4.2 YouTube
On the basis of a consent pursuant to the first sentence of point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR,
we use components (videos) of the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter: “YouTube”), a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “Google”) on our Internet pages.
In so doing we use the option of “extended data protection mode” provided by YouTube. Additionally we are using a method not to transfer any data
to YouTube while you call up our website.
When you access a page containing an embedded video with a separate click to "Play Video",
a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the contents are displayed on the Internet page through a notification to your browser.
Pursuant to YouTube specifications, in the “extended data protection mode” your data -
especially which of our Internet pages you have visited as well as device-specific information including the IP address -
is sent to the YouTube servers in the US only when you view the video. By clicking on the video, you give your consent to this transfer.
If you are simultaneously logged on to YouTube, this information is assigned to your YouTube member account.
You may prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.
The use of YouTube is of great importance for the communication of my films for (potential) organizers and other interested parties.
Provided that our offer is not aimed at children (according to §1 Paragraph 1 No. 1 JuSchG), this represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR.
Google respects the data protection regulations of the US Privacy Shield and is registered with the US Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce.
4.2a Gstatic
A web service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, 4 Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter: Gstatic) is loaded on our website when you click the
"Play Video" button before!
We use this data to ensure the full functionality of our website Transfer personal data to Gstatic. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest consists in the error-free functioning of the website. The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for its collection has been fulfilled. Further information on the handling of the transmitted data can be found in the data protection declaration

4.3 Social media (plug-ins)
We don't use so-called social media plug-ins on our website. These are small buttons by means of which you may publish the
contents of our website in your profile on social networks.
If you activate such a button, a connection is established between our website and the social network.
In addition to the contents in question, the operator of the social network also obtains additional, partly personal, information.
For instance, it includes the fact that you are currently visiting our site.
But as said, we don't use such plugins at the moment. Instead we use a html link to our Facebook page: "The Walk Short Film".
This applies also to the Facebook page @JennyAraberStute.
Using this technique while having called up the main page of this website no data is transfered to Facebook or other services.
Instead a connection with a social network is only established when you access a page with a social media button, when you click a button or text-lin.
This means that information is sent to the social network only when you press the button or text-link below the button.
There is no difference between button or text-link.
We use the following social media buttons:

Information is partly transferred to the parent company Facebook Inc., headquartered in the USA when you click on the button or text-link.
It respects the data protection regulations of the US Privacy Shield and is registered with the US Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce.

5. Data processing for order handling
In order to process your order, we would work together with service providers who would support us wholly or partly in the execution of closed contracts.
Personal data would be transmitted to these service providers as explained in the following.
The personal data collected by us would be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery (i.e. DHL)
within the scope of the contract, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
At the moment we don't offer the possibility for orders over this website.
6.Duration of Storage
We store your personal data beyond the end of the purpose for which the data was raised, but only for the length of time which is required based on legal regulations (esp. fiscal tax law).
After the deadline, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, if it is no longer required to fulfill the contract or to initiate a contract and/or no legitimate interest in the re-storage persists on our part.
7. Your Rights
7.1 Information
You can require information from us whether we process your personal data and as far as this is the case, you have the right to information of these personal data and the additional information mentioned in Article 15 GDPR.
7.2 Right to Correction
You have the Right to Correction of the incorrect personal data relating to you; you can demand the completion of incomplete personal data according to Article 16 GDPR.
7.3 Right to Deletion
You have the Right to demand from us to immediately delete your personal data referring to you. We are required to delete them immediately, especially for one of the following reasons:
- Your personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were raised or were processed otherwise.
- You revoke your permission which was the basis for processing your data, and an otherwise legal basis for the processing does not exist.
- Your data were processed illegally.
The Right to Deletion does not exist if your personal data relating to you are required for enforcement, execution, or defense of our legal claims.
7.4 Right to Limitation of Processing
You have the Right to require from us the Limitation of Processing of your personal data, if
- you deny the accuracy of the data, and we examine and verify the accuracy,
- the processing is unlawful, and you refuse the deletion of data and instead demand the limitation of the use thereof,
- we no longer require the data, you, however, require them for enforcement, execution, or defense of legal claims,
- you filed an objection against the processing of your data, and it is not clear yet, whether our warranted reasons outweigh your reasons.
7.5 Right to Transferability of Data
You have the right to receive the relevant data pertaining to your person provided to us by you in a structured, common and machine-readable form, and you have the Right to transfer this data towards another person responsible without hindrance from us, as far as the processing is based on a permission or a contract, and our processing takes place with the help of automatized processes.
7.6 Right of Cancellation
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time with future effect. In the case of withdrawal, we will delete the data concerned immediately, as far as further processing cannot be based on a legal basis for consentless processing. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
7.7 Right of Appeal
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of its residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of your personal data against DS GMO violates.
The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted shall inform the complainant of the status and results of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Article 78 of the GDPR.
